We want to inform you that we still ship as normal. We follow the rules of our government. We work from home and one person is at our warehouse doing the shipments.

Shipment we do with UPS / Fedex / DPD or National Post..

In the checkout you can select to possible shipping companies.

We do not use a minimum amount for your order. Furthermore, it does not matter which item you order.

Can I also track my order via Track & Trace?

Depending on the chosen shipping method you can choose a shipment with a Track & Trace code. You will receive your personal code by e-mail and mobile number if you have provided this.

The evening of the order or at the latest the next morning you can see where your package is located and when the delivery person expects it to be delivered to you.

Should your Track & Trace code indicate that the package has already been delivered, but you have not yet received anything? Then don't worry. In most cases, the package will be delivered at a later date. It can be delivered to your neighbors or the delivery person has made a mistake. With the help of the coordinators who use the delivery people, they can find out where the package was delivered.

If you have any doubts about the delivery, please contact the carrier. They can inform you about the current status.

We think it is very important to fulfill your order satisfactorily.

If a product is not satisfactory, it is possible to return the order. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

We do not reimburse the return costs for a return shipment.

When can you not return a product?

Products with visible traces of use (used, worn and/or washed), missing parts or with missing / damaged original packaging. In this case we will return the product to you.

Getting your money back quickly is important!

That is why we usually refund your purchase amount within 3 days (but no later than one week) after receiving the package. With some credit card companies it takes longer because they charge a processing time.

Sent the same day

If you place an order before 3 pm, the order will be sent the same day. Within the Netherlands the shipment was delivered the next day. It may take longer for orders to be sent to Belgium or other European or world country.

14 days to change your mind:

From the moment you receive your order you have 14 days to change your mind. Notify us that you would like to use your right to return. After notifying us you have another 14 days to return the product. You can view, rate and fit the item as you would in a boutique. Of course you can also return the items via another carrier, then the costs are for yourself.
